This free seminar is designed specifically for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) small business owners and new entrepreneurs in Sonoma County who want a clear, practical introduction to legal entity formation and what it means for their business.
A legal fellow, Mark Johnson, from Legal Aid of Sonoma County will cover:

Important considerations when choosing the right structure for your business
Basic steps involved in forming a legal entity

Legal Aid of Sonoma County has served Sonoma County’s low-income and vulnerable populations for over 65 years, assisting more than 3,000 adults and 2,000 children each year with crisis legal needs, including housing stability, domestic violence prevention, disaster recovery, and access to health and employment.
This seminar is part of Legal Aid of Sonoma County’s Small Business Equity and Recovery Program, presented in collaboration with AAPIC North Bay.
AAPIC North Bay is a nonprofit organization that connects, supports, and advocates for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in the North Bay through education, civic engagement, and community-based programs.
