Parol Making Workshop
Join us on Saturday, December 12, 2026 for a hands-on afternoon of creativity, culture, and community. This event is part of our AAPIC Connect Cultural Makers Series, which highlights cultural traditions and builds bridges across Asian and Pacific Islander communities. And presented with support of FANHS - Filipino American National Historical Society Sonoma County.
Make Your Own Parol
Parols are traditional Philippine lanterns displayed during the holidays — bright symbols of light, hope, and togetherness.
During this workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own handmade parol to take home and display.
